Like bourbon, bonfires, and blackberry pie, 304 Blackberry Bourbon is the new West Virginia staple. If you’ve ever tasted a homemade blackberry pie, we probably had you at “Blackberry Bourbon”.
We don’t just throw fake flavoring into un-aged spirits. This blend of a 4 year bourbon aged in American Oak barrels and blackberry extract is as Wild and Wonderful in a cocktail as it is on the rocks!
We use a custom, high rye (79% Corn, 21% Rye) mash bill that gives the Bourbon a subtle, spicy kick that complements the sweetness of the corn, without the full-on peppery zing. Using a true Bourbon as the base, we add in just a touch of real blackberry extract that completely brings it to life and sends your mind on a journey to the blackberry fields. The amount of cocktails that you can create out of this are beyond imaginable. For amazing cocktail recipes click here
