WILD & WONDERFUL RASPBERRY WAFFLES

INGREDIENTS

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cup non-fat greek yogurt
2 eggs
3 tablespoons non-fat or 1% milk
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons West Virginia Fruit & Berry Wild & Wonderful Red Raspberry Preserves, plus extra for topping

DIRECTIONS

Preheat waffle iron on high.  Mix flour with baking soda and set aside.  In a large bowl whisk greek yogurt, eggs and milk until smooth.  Pour flour mix into the yogurt batter, stir until combined.  Lastly, add our Raspberry Preserves and mix well.  Pour batter onto heated waffle iron and cook until edges are browned, about 2 minutes.  Serve immediately and top with more Preserves or your favorite syrup.
