Pumpkin Butter Parfait
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup West Virginia Fruit and Berry• Pumpkin Butter
1 1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt
1/4 cup granola
1/4 cup natural walnuts (optional), chopped
METHOD
Spoon 3 tbsp of the Pumpkin Butter into each of 4 glasses or small jars; top each with 3 tbsp of the yogurt. Repeat layers with remaining Pumpkin Butter and yogurt; sprinkle with granola and walnuts (if using). Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
