The Stonewall Manhattan
This classic Manhattan using our Rye aged in wine barrels gives you the most smooth, most complex Manhattan with beautiful depth. This amazing Manhattan will be showcased in a Whiskey Dinner on Jan 16, 2021 at Stonewall Resort. More information to come.
INGREDIENTS:
2oz. West Virginia Fruit and Berry® ‘304 Mountain Rye Whiskey’
3/4oz. Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Bitters
Maraschino cherry for garnish
1 cup ice
In a shaker, fill with ice.
Add Rye, Vermouth, and Bitters.
With a bar spoon, stir or 30- 40 seconds until well blended and ice cold.
Strain into martini glass (for straight up), or into a rocks glass with ice (shown)
