Coal Miner's Daughter

This amazing cocktail merges two distinct flavors together for an extremely unique and sophisticated experience. Lavender isn’t new in cocktails but it is making a comeback. Blackberry and lavender together is amazing. The lemon juice with honey gives it a sweet and sour backdrop to bring out the flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. West Virginia Fruit and Berry 304 Mountain Blackberry Bourbon

  • 1 c. ice

  • 1 oz. lavender syrup (we use Monin)

  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz. raw honey

  • blackberries & lavender to garnish

Add ice to a shaker. Pour ingredients over the ice and shake for 30 seconds. pour all contents into a rocks glass, and garnish with a lemon wedge. and blackberry or lavender stalk.
