The WV Pumpkin Mule
INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp. West Virginia Fruit and Berry Pumpkin Butter
3oz. West Virginia Fruit and Berry 304 Rye Whiskey aged in wine barrels
4 dashes Cardamom Bitters
ginger beer
Rocks glass with ice
Optional: candied ginger & cinnamon sticks for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
To a cocktail shaker with ice: Add pumpkin butter and 304 Rye. Shake vigorously.
Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
Add 4 dashes of bitters and top with ginger beer.
Garnish & enjoy!
