Our delicious cherry butter is an all natural fruit reduction of sour cherries, cooked for hours and stirred constantly over low heat. In the end process, spices are added. You can really taste the richness of the cherries. It’s a customer favorite. When we're giving tastes at shows, this has been our second best seller - right after Black Raspberry Preserves.

Fruit butters were created as a way to preserve the abundant fruit harvest. The fruit reduction is stirred continuously until totally smooth, like “butter”. Once the fruit is smooth, spices are added to create the rich flavor.

A full pint (19oz) or half-pint (10oz) of our Luscious Cherry Butter is packed full of the best quality, ripe cherries - always the first ingredient - unlike others that are mostly water, high fructose corn syrup, or sugar.
