This classic Manhattan using our Rye aged in wine barrels gives you the most smooth, most complex Manhattan with beautiful depth. This amazing Manhattan will be showcased in a Whiskey Dinner on Jan 16, 2021 at Stonewall Resort. More information to come.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2oz. West Virginia Fruit and Berry® ‘304 Mountain Rye Whiskey’

  • 3/4oz. Sweet Vermouth

  • 2 Dashes Bitters

  • Maraschino cherry for garnish

  • 1 cup ice

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • In a shaker filled with ice, add Rye, Vermouth, and Bitters.

  • With a bar spoon, stir or 30- 40 seconds until well blended and ice cold.

  • Strain into martini glass (for straight up), or into a rocks glass with ice (shown)

  • Enjoy!
