The WV Pumpkin Mule

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Tbsp. West Virginia Fruit & Berry Pumpkin Butter

  • 3oz. West Virginia Fruit & Berry 304 Rye Whiskey aged in wine barrels

  • 4 dashes Cardamom Bitters

  • ginger beer

  • Rocks glass with ice

  • Optional: candied ginger & cinnamon sticks for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. To a cocktail shaker with ice: Add pumpkin butter and 304 Rye. Shake vigorously.

  2. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.

  3. Add 4 dashes of bitters and top with ginger beer.

  4. Garnish & enjoy!
