Pumpkin Butter Parfait

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup granola

  • 1/4 cup natural walnuts (optional), chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Spoon 3 tbsp of the Pumpkin Butter into each of 4 glasses or small jars.

  • Top each with 3 tbsp of the yogurt.

  • Repeat layers with remaining Pumpkin Butter and yogurt

  • Sprinkle with granola and walnuts (if using).

  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
