Wild & Wonderful Raspberry Waffles

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 1/2 cup non-fat greek yogurt

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 tablespoons non-fat or 1% milk

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons West Virginia Fruit & BerryWild & Wonderful Red Raspberry Preserves, plus extra for topping

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat waffle iron on high.  

  • Mix flour with baking soda and set aside.  

  • In a large bowl whisk greek yogurt, eggs and milk until smooth.  

  • Pour flour mix into the yogurt batter, stir until combined.  

  • Lastly, add our Raspberry Preserves and mix well.  

  • Pour batter onto heated waffle iron and cook until edges are browned, about 2 minutes.  

  • Serve immediately and top with more Preserves or your favorite syrup.
